1. Professional Cocktail Bartender

Description: We are seeking 2 skilled Cocktail Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology, solid experience, excellent customer service skills, thorough spirits knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually stunning cocktails while providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a wide range of cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of spirits and cocktail ingredients.
- Uphold high standards of quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits and cocktail recipes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to cross over to other areas of the business i.e. shop and floor as and when required
Keyholding: Being responsible for opening and closing when the manager is off duty
2. Floortender (Part-Time)

Description: We are looking for vibrant and outgoing individuals to join our team as Floortenders. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage seating arrangements.
- Assist guests with inquiries and promote retail products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop area.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Weekend Shop Assistant

Description: We are currently seeking a shop assistant to work Saturday and Sunday daytimes. The role involves welcoming guests, giving them samples of our gin, and running through the product and gifting range. You will be responsible for making payments and restocking the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring deep knowledge of all three wrens products.
- Relaying information to customers accurately and in a friendly manner.
- Building gift boxes and hampers.
- Taking payments and managing queues.
- Restocking.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required but some retail experience would be advantageous.
4. Glasswash Assistant

Description: We are currently seeking a versatile and proactive Glass Collector & Bar Support member to join our team. This role encompasses collecting, cleaning, and restocking glassware, as well as assisting in stocking bar areas during service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect used glassware and sanitize them.
- Assist with stocking bar areas during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas.
- Adhere to all sanitation and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
